THE KENTO METHOD:
A Body-Centered Approach to Healing

The Kento Method is a hands-on healing approach that blends skilled touch, deep presence, and client collaboration to support physical and emotional integration. Developed through over a decade of somatic practice, it’s more than massage — it’s a method of listening, responding, and supporting lasting change.

Why It’s Different

- It’s collaborative: Sessions are a two-way dialogue, shaped by what emerges.

- It’s responsive: No two sessions are alike — because no two bodies are.

- It’s nervous-system aware: The work helps down-regulate stress and supports emotional clarity.

- It’s slow and intentional: The body is given time to respond without force.

What is the Kento Method?

The Kento Method combines elements of massage therapy, somatic awareness, trauma-informed care, and relational presence. Rather than following a set routine, each session is shaped in real time — based on what the client’s body is showing, feeling, or ready for.

It’s subtle but precise, quiet but powerful. The intention isn’t to 'fix' or push through — it’s to create the conditions for release, reconnection, and regulation.

Clients often come in feeling disconnected, tense, or emotionally drained. By the end, they feel more like themselves — clearer, calmer, and more connected from the inside out.
